Cleo had an odd orientation.  Her parents were high believers in the native Jamician religions that were proclaimed as voodoo.  It is said that Cleo wasn't always beautiful, in fact, not much is known about her.  The Columbian government told LWO officials that she was found harboring on a ship as a stowaway.
