Appearance:  Thin, with pale skin. He has black short hair. He often wears a black necklace, and his wrestling attire is plain white and yellow shorts.
Gimmick:  Very cocky heel character. Often insults the crowd that he is visiting. Canadian and proud of it. Can perform High Flying Moves and also wrestle technically, although not very powerful and slightly smaller than most. Can also play a strong face character, face turns usually occur when he gets screwed by someone corporate.
Background:  Bill Parker lived a fairly normal childhood in his hometown of Toronto, Canada. After leaving school early, he chose to leave Canada and move to America at 17. Once he got there, he had a hard time settling in. His difficult first few weeks in the country left a bad taste in his mouth which continues to this very day as far as Americans are concerned. After going through several dead-end jobs in New York, at the age of 19 he was taken to a wrestling event at Madison Square Garden. He left the event with two impressions: These guys had impressive abilities, but huge egos. He then garnered a determination to enter the wrestling business and beat all these performers he had seen in the squared circle, and to climb to the top. Now, at age 23, after having won titles in several federations, he has gone on to a new fed. He knows none of the members, he has never been to this territory, but there is one thing he knows in his mind: he can kick their asses.
